From Fuji Xerox to DHL, ECMS Express and Maersk, my career has combined commercial strategy, business leadership, program management, product development and operational turnarounds. Working with multicultural and remote teams has shaped how I lead. Experiences such as the Bonn turnaround, the Budapest light-assembly operation, Big Yellow Storage and the ESE delivery product continue to inform my approach: bring people together, understand the customer and turn a shared direction into action.
