My career has taken me from Singapore to Beijing, Bonn, Hong Kong and Los Angeles. Across customer leadership, commercial transformation and a US CEO remit, one conviction has stayed with me: the strongest results are built with people.
Today, at Maersk, I work with colleagues and customers to build stable, efficient supply chains, strengthen execution and create enduring value. This is a space for the experiences, questions and ideas that shape how I lead.
Beyond the day job.
Alongside his corporate career, Randy co-founded Big Yellow Storage through DPDHL’s incubation programme. His contribution to the next generation includes mentoring through SIM Global Education and participating in the SGLN Supply Chain Leaders Programme.
